AEP has an experienced, expert Customer Service team that is committed to assisting our current and potential customers with any questions or concerns that may arise in the course of doing business with us.

This includes status of existing orders, new inquiries, pricing, surveys, setting up visits / audits, billing and payment terms. They can set up and maintain stocking and Kanban systems.

Cross-Team Support

Customer Service oversees our Production Control. Along with the use of our barcode and ERP system, this enables our customers to communicate directly with the personnel scheduling our workload.

If the situation warrants, they will bring in other AEP personnel to assist with any issues to attain Total Customer Satisfaction.
